Tenants admin fees are in two parts and start at £150.00 inc VAT – fees are charged for credit searches, references and the application process. An additional £30.00 inc VAT will be charged for each extra applicant at each stage of the application. Please note that in some circumstances, where we are acting for a large landlord or as a local agent for another agency, different fees will apply. Our standard rate for property management is based on 12% inc VAT, but an individual quotation can be prepared on request based on the rental value of the property. Letting fees are - managed properties – standard letting fee £180.00 inc VAT. Let only properties – based on 60% of the first months rent with a minimum charge of £300.00 inc VAT. Inventory charges - £60.00 including VAT. Deposit collection and registration with a custodial deposit protection scheme £12.00 inc VAT. Inspections, check in and check out reports are charged for LET ONLY properties, where required. The standard charge is £60.00 plus VAT per inspection.
